China's export has increased to 196 times that of the value before China's reform and opening up. But most of the export products are low value-added primary products, and the trade friction is increasing in the recent years. All of these make our country pay more attention to the role of technical innovation in export. The development of high technology industry can best represent the development of a country's technological innovation, and the export of our country's electronics and telecommunications products takes more than half the share of high technology products export. In this paper,we select the technical innovation factors in China's eastern, central and western regions from 2001 to 2010,including electronics and telecommunications products R&D funding intensity, the R&D personnel input intensity and number of patents. By using panel data,we study their influence on export, and give reasonable analysis on the results.
