Abstract

Abstract

There exist kinds of views and visions in evaluation of training quality of doctoral students.This article assesses China's PhD graduate' students training objectives, training modes and training results, based on the evaluation of doctoral administrators, doctoral supervisors and doctoral students.The purpose of the article is to diagnose the achievements and shortages of China's PhD students, training and to give a scientific basis of evolutions and improvements of PhD students' training modes.
