Abstract

Abstract

The paper first evaluates the existed concepts of system defined from the point of new semantics. Then compares different definitions.At last,it summarizes a general definition:System is defined as regularities and patterns of human behavior and the system of supporting factors that generate the regularities and patterns is either a change in the regularities of behavior in the transaction under consideration or a change in the institutional elements supporting this behavior, namely, rules, governance, shared beliefs, etc.
