Abstract:
Public health is directly related to medical issue. It is necessary for Chinese medical system to conduct a deep reform. In order to fulfill public medical requirement better, reform of medical insurance system, public sanitation system,and medical production and circulation system should be carried out in parallel. Key points of Chinese medical reform are: allocating medical resources properly, setting up different levels of medical institutes for different patients, adjusting medical service price,forming reasonable hospital compensation system, and introducing competition to enhance provision of medical resources.

Abstract:
It is an achievement of the judiciary system reform in modem China to realize an independent judicatory system completely.As an imitation of German and Japanese regime, the understanding of modem China on judicial independence was mainly reflected in establishing independent judicial organs and electing judges by examination who could conduct independent trial. In addition, establishment of modem judicial organizations is a succession of the former “Sympathizing the Panalty” with the core pursuit of judicial method reform. However, this is a very complicated process. It is a question beyond answer in terms of adaptivity.

Abstract:
Composition of fluctuation in financial market is analyzed and the view that fluctuation should comprise density characteristic is raised. On the basis of autoregressive conditional duration model and representative variables denoting the density characteristic in China stock market, theoretical models depicting the characteristic are built up and the density of fluctuation of individual stock in the course of transaction in Shanghai Stock Market is tested. The research results indicate that the transaction clustering is caused by the imformation trading which is based on private information.The introduction of private information leads to a higher fluctuation in the direction of time in Chinese stock market.
