Abstract

Abstract

This paper gives a brief introduction to the First Strategic Development Symposium on Ecolinguistics in Beijing, China. It reviews the two themes of the conference:keynote speeches on ecoliguistics, and founding of the China Association of Ecolinguistics. The keynote speeches on ecolinguistics will lead the development of Chinese ecolinguistics. The founding of the China Association of Ecolinguistics will promote the evaluation of ecolinguistics at home and abroad.
