Abstract

Abstract

This paper analyzes the historical context of the academic authority admunistrative authority and summarizes the main points of the power structure and the way to coordinate authoritative relations in the colleges and Universities in recent years.Three basic views on the relationship between the academic authority and administrative anthority are distinguished: integration, separation and asymmetry.Studies related have put forward some new ideas on teh existing power structure, of which the "De-administralization" is the main thought for the adjustment of administrative structure in colleges and universities in China.
