Canada is a federal country with multi-culture and special political characteristics. (1) Power framework: one constitution, three parties and three powers. (3) Legislative system: composed by Senate and House of Commons, which carry out most of the governing functions such as legislation, finance and inspection, etc. (4) Judiciary system: divided into both federal court and provincial court with the merit of judiciary independent.
