Abstract

Abstract

Aristotle's writings are rich with equality ideas.The equality ideas, which are embodied by multivariate justice, can provide ideological resources for diversified damage relief system in trading areas.The equality ideas, which are embodied by “try one's best to return” in ethical life, contribute to point out the degree of intervention of civil law to real life.
