Abstract

Abstract

The disorder in jurisdiction is one of the confused issues existing long in the practice of the civil trial in China. This article is to probe into various “tricks” by which the disorder in jurisdiction is caused and the forms hereof, and hereupon to analyse the inner reasons for the wrangle in which the people's courts of each level are get involved. The focus of this article is on the suggestions put forward by the author dealing with this disorder of jurisdiction, holding that countermeasures on jurisdiction system and the court system shall be taken to root up the disorder and confusion in civil jurisdiction.
