The Realistic Significance and Theoretical Value of Kant's Aesthetic Thought on “Sublimity”

In the light of the Christianity spirit and aesthetic thought of Burk,Shaftesbury and Hutcheson, Kant saw "the sublime" as an aesthetics notion and made a meticulously and systematic study, which had very important theoretical value:it further expands the territory of aesthetics research, and greatly promotes the esthetic content of human nature.
