There has been a heated discussion about the theory of reflection in the literary research field since the establishment of China.Many researchers made scientific explorations through drawing lessons from history and attached new explanatory power to it.Among them, Qian Zhongwen's explanation to the theory of reflection was the most representative.He Objected to treating the theory of reflection easily, vulgarly and emotionally.On the premise of respecting the philosophic basis of reflection, he stressed the important role played by aesthetics in literary reflection, and then put forward the concept of "aesthetic reflection'."Aesthetic reflection" scientifically explained the process and function of literary reflection, explored its significance and potential.His aesthetic reflection gave a newconnotation to the theory of reflection.

Abstract:
NGO (non-governmental organization), as non-profit social organizations which are independent of the government and the market, have played an important role in the disaster relief and post-disaster reconstruction work.This article, starting from the background of the reconstruction work of earthquake-stricken areas in Sichuan and based on the surveys of domestic and international NGO in Shifang, Mianzhu of Sichuan province, which are two hard-hit areas of the "5.12" earthquake, makes an analysis of the roles the NGO played during the disaster relief work and post-disaster reconstructions and comes up with the conclusion that NGO will undertake much more important tasks during the process of post-earthquake reconstruction than the earthquake relief.

This paper, based on market environment, studies the market effect of large shareholders'reducing holdings and determinants in Chinese capital market.It is found that in a short-term, large shareholders'reduction really has a wealth effect.The degree of large shareholders' reduction has a significant negative influence on the degree of wealth effect, especially in an increasing market environment.The investing value of companies reduced also significantly affects the degree of wealth effect, however, the results are not consistent.The investors'preference reversal is influenced by complex factors and their rationality is limited.

The article studies the social security (mainly for social insurance) of the floating population in Beijing using the data of "one-per-thousand floating population of Beijing sampling survey in 2006".From the aspects of personal characteristics, occupational characteristics, family characteristics and the degree of government regulation, such conclusions are drawn as follows:in the personal characteristics, hukou will affect the insurance rate;the education level has a positive but not linear effects on the rate of pension insurance and of unemployment insurance;for the work status perspective of the floating population, the employees have higher medical insurance and unemployment insurance needs than the employers, and the self-employed;the wage level and training level both have positive relationship with the purchase of various types of insurance;many variables describing the extent of government regulation have no significant impact on the floating population's inclining to the insurance.As the social security is public goods, the government should give more supports.

With the rapid development of bonds in recent decades, the bond market has become more and more mature, with the overall trend being of a healthy state. The essence of government bonds is the government's macroeconomic regulation and control through the hands of the public economic policy. Long-term treasury bonds for 50 years attract much attention from market. It is the longest period of economic cycle bond type. It has a positive effect on deepening the bond market development and improving the bond market yield curve and long-term pricing benchmarks on the government's macroeconomic regulation and control. However, there are negative effects on investor risks and single demand. This article puts forward a corresponding improvement ideas and tries to keep improving it from the perspective of public policy.

The Power of Administrative Adjudication played an important part in settling civil disputes which is gradually replaced by the Power of Civil Adjudication. Because the number of civil cases increases sharply and the contents of civil cases are becoming more complicated, academic and judicial circles increasingly recongnize the limitation of the Power of Civil Adjudication and the importance of the Power of Administrative Adjudication. The supreme People's Court's judicial interpretations of the ADRs which is very important will enlarge the scope of the Power of Administrative Adjudication and narrow the scope of the Power of Civil Adjudication. Research on relation between the Power of Administrative Adjudication and the Power of Civil Adjudication may play a fundamental role in constructing a system of ADR.

Civil capacity is based on the capacity of will.Grounding on the principle, persons in custody ought to be identified as persons of incapacity.This argument's foundation is that, persons in custody cannot timely and completely acquire information which is necessary for them to declare real will as they can do in the free state;meanwhile a certain period of incarceration may produce disastrous influence on their mentality, all of which would create serious damage on their capacity of understanding and cognition, and make it difficult for them to judge or determine empirically and rationally as the same as ordinary persons can do, and that means civil capacity of persons in custody is imperfect.Investigation and study of the psychology, the judicial system and the judicial practice have given forceful support to the argument.

Consequential offense in criminology of civil legal system refers to the crime whose act and result are both stipulated. It has nothing to do with the crime suspended state. Legislations on consequential offense show the tendency of Erfolgsunwert; while in Chinese criminology, consequential offense refers to the crime whose symbol of establishment is occurrence of result, which has significance of crime establishment. Some results of consequential offense can be judged easily by the legislation character, while others should be explained on essential crime theory. As a crime style opposite to behavioral offense, consequential offense only has the state of crime establishment or not. It hasn't the state of crime unaccomplished.

This paper attempts to make a comparison between the traditional approach to language in China and discourse semantics as practiced by James Martin in systemic functional linguistics.The author first introduces the Chinese concept of grammar briefly, then goes on to discuss the traditional Chinese approach to language study in terms of the structural theory of Qi Cheng Zhuan He and the theory of thesis.Finally, he turns to Martin's discourse semantics in some detail, and points out the similarities between his theory and the Chinese linguistic tradition.

In this paper, we intend to explore this topic from the perspective of positive discourse analysis and to explain how the tour guide aligns tourists with tour guide commentary to publicize scenic spots and culture.Since positive discourse analysis is a newly developed approach without any fixed model, we integrate Genre Theory, Appraisal Theory and Prosody Theory as the theoretical foundations, on the basis of which an attitudinal prosody analyzing model is shaped.Our research shows that tour guide commentary is one form of the institutional language.It is a staged, goal oriented, social process with special generic structure.Its stages are:Welcome, General Introduction, Specific Commentary, Evaluation and Send-off.Attitudinal Prosodic Structure is a general hierarchical structure which has some common features.And the attitudinal prosodic movements of tour guide commentary have special features.The internal mechanism of Attitudinal Prosodic Structure is three general modes of attitudinal prosody-the modes of wave, dispersion and scalar homeostatic flowing in discourse, making it a harmonious unity.

Turkey had the similar situation with China. The success of Kemal with the support from the Soviet Russia made the Communist Party of China concentrate on Kemal revolution. The strategic intention of uniting with Dr. Sun Yat-sen was reflected in the comment on Kemal revolution. The change of Kemal's political stand to anti-communist was covered up interntionally to some extent in the CPC's comment. The comment reflected the complex relationship of the Chinese revolution and the cooperation between the International and Soviet Russia.
