Abstract

Abstract

The effectiveness of government crisis management reflects the management capacity of government under crisis situation. It includes not only efficiency such as speed and time elements based on micro aspect, but also political, social, and environmental effectiveness which benefit by taking advantage of crisis based on macro aspect. Both aspects should be considered.
