Abstract

Abstract

Public utilities has a large networks of infrastructures which will have an impact on the definition of market.Competition authorities should take the network's role into consideration.Whether a product can be taken into account depends entirely on its scope and extent of meeting the needs of clients.Service providers which provide the same service that cannot be extended to the customers in specific regions and operators which belong to the same area but its service can't cover the same region don't belong to the same market.On the basis of research,a number of recommendations was made related to the rationalization of the system in this article.
