Abstract

Abstract

To administer the country by law and at once by morality is the country's general plan in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. From the relationship between morality and law, the thesis discusses the necessity to strengthen not only the socialist legal system, but also socialist morality, pointing out that official morality is the key to build the ideology of morality. The main way and method of administration are brought forward as well.
