Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of college education is not simply to teach professional knowledge,but more importantly to cultivate high-quality talents with comprehensive development in personality,knowledge and physical quality.With the help of career guidance,college students can constantly improve and develop themselves by gradually discovering and exploring their potentials, recognizing the society and planning self-growth path rationally.By exploring the requirement of college students' characteristic and the origin of growth puzzle, this thesis aims to find the effective college students' career guidance strategies from the perspective of synchronous development of ability and consciousness.
