Abstract

Abstract

The paper reviews the articles published in international journals in the past ten years in order to present the recent advances in speech act automatic annotation studies with statistical method.The results show that, with speech act theory as the primary theoretical basis,the hot topics in this area are mainly emotion recognition, text mining, spoken dialogue system, and machine translation, and research genres are mostly medical dialogue, business meetings, letters, and network language.
