Abstract

Abstract

Based on the data of domestic and foreign patent application in the field of alloy, this paper attempts to introduce the common features of China's traditional industries in the course of their innovation, the gap between domestic and foreign enterprises in the level of market-oriented patent and the capacity of core innovation.Combined with case study, it also analyses factors contributing to the enhancement of our innovation capacity, and discusses, in the view of a patent practitioner, the role of an enterprise as a creative body in our industrial upgrading under the framework of National Patent Strategy.
