Abstract

Abstract

Non-technical problems cover a large range of subjects and research fields beyond engineering.It is very difficult to express and solve an non-technical innovation problems without a complete theory system,the innovation is difficult to realize.The paper summarizes the present situation and development tendency of innovation theiry and techiques and explores on the study of non-technical innovation. The framework for the non-technical innovation problems is proposed based on the extending of the theory and technique of TRIZ.
