Abstract

Abstract

Nowadays,environment protection has become one of the main topics of social development.As a result,the "environment friendly" element of the products receives more and more attentions,and the system of Eco-labeling comes to exist.During the process of carrying out Eco-labeling system, however,the green barrier appears as a new non-tariff barrier.This article focuses on the barriers created by the system of Eco-labeling and the countermeasures of our government and enterprises with our country joining the WTO.
