Abstract

Abstract

Juvenile police plays a very important role in the prevention of juvenile delinquency as well as in the protection of legitimate rights of the young. China's police system of juvenile justice legislation and practice are at a low leve of development. For the improvement of our juvenile protection institutions and our justice system agencies, and also for better achievement in the prevention and punishment of juvenile delinquency, we should establish an improved juvenile police system. Our juvenile police system includes institutions, functions and staff equipments, of which functions play a central role.
