Abstract

Abstract

By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages on three sorts of collective ownerships of rural land, this article suggests to overturn the current grading structive pattern for collective ownership of rural land, that is a pyramid-like "three-grades owned, villagers-groups based" pattern; and instead, build a new "villagers-groups based, three-grades owned" equal structive pattern with rich connotations.
