Abstract

Abstract

In the international trend of education, universities is the main participating subject in the higher education competition, meanwhile administration is the key factor in the university development. This paper first analyses its new environment; then probes into the new tasks that our university administration is faced with. It suggests that the administrative thought should be internationalised, management mode marketilised, and university staff professionalized. It also proposes some concrete administrative strategies.
