Judicial Provement is a Subjective Process of Judgement. Judges cognize facts of suit fairly subjectively. Court's Judgements only reach law reality, not objective truth. To insure the impersonality of judgement, we should advance judge's qualification and admit that judges have the right to verdict evidence freely.
