Since the reform and opening-up in China, the three-industry structure of China changes constantly with the endless entry of FDI. This paper, applying time series data from 1983 to 2003, set up an econometric model to analyze the influences of FDI on China's three-industry structure. Results showed that its intluence on the secondary industry is the greatest, that on the tertiary industry is rising and that on the primary industry is the least. This paper also made corresponding analysis on the FDI inside each industry.

The introduction of transaction costs adds ment Strategy problem. In the presence of transaction considerable complexity to the optimal Consumption and Investcosts, the stock is only traded infrequently. Policies for optimizing portfolios with multiple risky assets have received relatively less attention. This paper studies thve optimal Consumption and Investment Strategy for a HARA investor who faces proportional transaction costs and maximizes expected utility of finite/or infinite horizon. Multiple risky assets can be trading. Using the concavity and the homothetic property of the value function, the HJB can be reduced from a PDE to an ODE. The analytic forms of the value functions in the transaction regions are achieved and HJB equation which the value function must be satisfied with in the NT regions is given.

Free competition system should be established to make the global economic market function properly. The regulations of WTO have brought down the trade barriers set up by the governments of WTO members, while private anticompetitive practices are on the rampage. How to tackle this global wide practices has been the concern around the world. The extraterritorial application of domestic antitrust law, which is pursued by many developed countries, can give rise to many problems; unification of domestical antitrust law, though a ideal option, cannot be achieved for obvious reasons; in this case, a conflict-of-laws approach, which is a mature approach to solve the transnational civil and commercial issues, should be applied to combat the international antimonopoly but on the condition that a theory can be constructed to break the bottleneckle of the prohibition of applying foreigh antitrust law.

In civil law countries this legal-relation is regulated by parental right system, while in common law countries it is regulated by custody system. Though there are differences in legislative mode between the two legal systems, they have the same essence, that is to solve the problems of fostering and educating the minor children after the divorce of their parents. This dissertation compares and analyses the related systems of the two legal systems and then gives an appropriate and effective way to protect minor children after their parents' divorce.

Artistic Conception is a critical aesthetic category in Chinese classic aesthetic theory. It is common to mix Ar tistic Conception, Condition and Image together. But are those notions really the same thing? The nice ties of these three concepts will be discussed in depth in this article. The frequent references and emphasis of "Condition" in Wang Guowei's "Ren Jian Ci Hua" as well as the profoundly influence of "Ren Jian Ci Hua" made the tendency that "Condition" seems like a substitute for Artistic Conception. Meanwhile, the basic unit of poetry-image, often used interchangeably with Condition due to lack of clarification. All three concepts are very important Chinese aesthetic categories, close related and with certain overlaps though the basic characteristic and scope of usage have distinct differences, the boundaries among those concepts are not very obvious and comprehensible as well.

A deep and comprehensive analysis was done based on the first hand data from a survey on job-seeking college graduates and the employers in Beijing between the years 2004 and 2005. It is the first part of a serious study toward the changing value in jobseeking among college graduates and improvement in this matter. The college graduates appear to be ignorant about an increasingly tightening job market and center on personal preference, and are exclusively targeting on jobs offered by big cities, renowned companies, government agencies, as well as foreign affairs related positions. Critiques are made on the longlasting phenomenon based on misconception with a probe into the psychological conditions.
