Abstract: Integrating Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into ideological and political theory courses in universities is a necessary measures to promote the connotative development of ideological and political course construction, a practical need to address complex ideological struggles, a fundamental strategy to uphold and consolidate the subjectivity of Chinese culture, and an inherent requirement for cultivating new-generation of young people who shoulding the mission of national rejuvenation. To effectively integrate Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into ideological and political theory courses in universities, priority should be given to grasping the core contents inherent in this thought, including the theory of cultural value, theory of cultural leadership, theory of cultural subjectivity, theory of missions and tasks, theory of path and methodology, and theory of mutual learning among civilizations. Efforts should be made to strengthen top-level design and build a systematic integration mechanism; deepen theoretical interpretation and improve the scientific level of integration; base on course characteristics and promote differentiated integration strategies; and expand educational scenarios to build an all-round education system.
