Research on the Full-Chain Practical Education Model of “Red Culture + Steel Spirit”

摘要: 红色文化与钢铁精神在精神内核与价值追求上高度契合、互促互融,将二者有机融合融入育人环节,具有重要时代价值和育人价值。文章立足冶金类行业高校,通过“价值内化—场景体验—双向赋能”的实践策略,有效推动红色文化和钢铁精神一体融入育人全过程。在此基础上,构建“红色文化+钢铁精神”为主线的全链式实践育人模式,统筹整合红色资源与行业资源,依托课堂、校园、社会、网络四大载体,实现价值引领与专业塑造的深度融合,为其他行业高校特色化开展实践教育提供了创新探索。Abstract: Red Culture and the Steel Spirit are highly aligned in their spiritual core and value pursuits, mutually reinforcing and integrating. Integrating both into the educational process has significant contemporary and educational value. This study, based on universities in the metallurgical industry, effectively promotes the integration of Red Culture and the Steel Spirit throughout the educational process through the practical strategy of “value internalization—scenario experience—mutual empowerment”. On this basis, a full-chain practical education model of “Red Culture + Steel Spirit” as the main line is constructed, integrating red resources and industry resources. Relying on the four major platforms of classrooms, campuses, society and the internet, to achieve the deep integration of value guidance and professional shaping, providing an innovative exploration for other industry-specific universities to carry out characteristic practical education.
