摘要: 党的十八大以来，习近平把学习研究历史摆在治国理政的突出位置，高度重视发挥党史以史鉴今、资政育人的作用，创造性地提出历史自信的时代命题，形成了内容丰富、蕴涵深刻、结构完整的思想理论，为如何走好新时代赶考之路作出了指导性、原创性的理论贡献与实践探索。习近平关于坚定历史自信重要论述涵盖了生成逻辑、内涵要义、理论特质、实践指向、价值意义等基本维面，是对意识形态领域风险、历史奋斗经验总结、理想信念教育任务等现实问题的主动回应。其核心要义在于构架历史认知论、历史认同论、历史价值论、历史主动论的内容体系，诠释中国共产党人对待历史、把握历史、创造历史的理论品格，明确全党全社会以高度的政治共识、历史自觉、历史主动担负起新时代历史责任的实践遵循。这一重要论述是马克思主义中国化时代化的理论创新成果，对指引党和人民不断从历史中汲取智慧力量、坚定“四个自信”、强化精神支撑、涵养自信气度具有重大的指导意义和时代价值。

Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has placed the study and research of history in a prominent position in governing the country, attaching great importance to the role of Party history in guiding the present and educating the people, creatively proposing the epochal proposition of historical confidence, forming a theoretical system that is rich in content, profound in implication, and complete in structure. These efforts have made guiding and original theoretical contributions and practical explorations on how to take the right path in the new era. Xi Jinping’s important expositions on historical confidence covers fundamental dimensions such as generative logic, connotative essence, theoretical characteristics, practical orientation, and value significance. It is an active response to practical issues such as ideological risks, summaries of historical struggle experiences, and tasks of ideal and belief education. Its core essence lies in establishing a content system of historical cognition theory, historical identity theory, historical value theory, and historical initiative theory, interpreting the theoretical stance of the Chinese Communists in treating history, grasping history, and creating history, and clarifying the practical guidelines for the entire Party and society to shoulder the historical responsibilities of the new era with a high degree of political consensus, historical consciousness, and historical initiative. This important statement is a theoretical innovation achievement of the Sinicization and modernization of Marxism, and has great guiding significance and contemporary value for guiding the Party and the people to continuously draw wisdom and strength from history, strengthen the “Four Confidences”, enhance spiritual support, and cultivate a confident demeanor.
