A Three-Dimensional Pathway to Enhance the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education Empowered by Digital Technology

摘要: 随着数字技术在思政教育领域的广泛深入,以数字技术赋能思政教育提质增效成为当下思政教育改革的重点方向。从运行逻辑上看,数字技术赋能思政教育实效提升主要包括“以数引人”“以数育人”“以数化人”三个维度,即“视听冲击”提升思政教育的生动性、“精准定制”提升思政教育的针对性、“双线联动”提升思政教育的贯通性。从现实梗阻上看,当前数字技术在思政教育领域尚未实现完全嵌入和赋能,还存在着主体认知偏差、技术落地偏差、政策执行偏差等短板弱项。从优化策略上看,为了适应思政教育现代化发展新要求,需要建构数字思政交互新场域、激活数字思政育人新生态、开拓数字思政叙事新思路,促进思政教育实现从“走新”到“走心”、从“质量”到“质效”、从“显性”到“隐性”的衔接转化。Abstract: With the extensive and deepening application of digital technology in the field of ideological and political education, empowering ideological and political education with digital technology to enhance its quality and efficiency has become the key direction for current ideological and political education reform. From the perspective of operational logic, the empowerment of digital technology to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education mainly includes three dimensions: “attracting, educating and influencing people through digital means”, namely, “audio-visual impact” to enhance the vitality of ideological and political education, “precise customization” to enhance the pertinence of ideological and political education, and “dual-line linkage” to enhance the connectivity of ideological and political education. From the perspective of practical obstruction, current digital technology has not been fully embedded and empowered in the field of ideological and political education, and there are still weaknesses such as subject cognitive deviation, technology implementation deviation and policy execution deviation. From the perspective of the optimization strategy, in order to adapt to the new requirements of the modernization of ideological and political education, it is necessary to construct a new interactive field, activate a new ecosystem, and develop new narrative ideas for digital ideological and political education, so as to promote ideological education from “novelty” to “touching the heart”, from “quality” to “quality and efficiency”, and from “explicit” to “implicit”.
