摘要

摘要: 会话分析是一门通过对人们言谈互动中社会行为细节的自然观察，揭示人类社会行为组织规律的学科。它的核心研究问题是“社会活动或社会行为在言谈互动中的组织结构是什么？”会话分析的研究材料是自然发生的真实言谈互动，即从交际参与者的视角对研究材料进行无先设的观察，并进行自下而上的归纳，旨在描述重现社会成员普遍观照的、交际者之间合作共建的社会规范。

Abstract: Conversation analysis is a discipline concerned with uncovering the organizational regularities of human social conduct in talk-in-interaction through close analysis of naturally occurring data. Its central research question is: what is the organizational structure of social activities or actions accomplished in and through talk-in-interaction? It adopts naturally-occurring talk-in-interaction as its primary data, which are observed and analyzed by researchers from the participants’ perspective, employing a bottom-up, inductive approach to recover the social norms oriented to by participants and coordinately achieved in interaction.
