On Evaluation of the Teaching Quality Based on Student Satisfaction——Based on the Investigation and Analysis of University of Science and Technology Beijing

  • Student satisfaction is an important reference of the teaching quality.Evaluation system of satisfaction of teaching quality is designed,measurement scale is presented,and validity&reliability test is conducted in this paper.Graduates of 2011 annual from the University of Science and Technology Beijing are research objects in the paper.The method of stratified random sampling is adopted,614 graduates involved in the survey,and attempting to monitor the teaching quality of under graduate education macroscopically from the perspective of students.The decision tree model is used to discuss the main characteristics of unsatisfied student group and a neural network model is used to analyze the importance of various influence factors of student satisfaction.
