Abstract

Abstract

The witness appears in court contains abundant value; it shows the fairness of procedure and the request of pushing the rule of law with the procedure; it guarantees the defendant's litigation right; it is good for finding out the case fact as soon as possible, increasing litigation efficiencly, increasing the function of the penalty crime prevention, increasing the authority of the law, and setting a good image of the court.
