Abstract

Abstract

E-Government is the tap of social informatization. It can realize the change from management function of traditional government to management-service function of modern government. By analyzing the motivation and obstruction to the E-Government development in China, the article puts forward a series of countermeasures in order to make E-Government development more healthy, quickly and steady.
