Abstract

Abstract

This paper takes the articles on the study of national language capacity of China on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)website as the research objects, analyzes the research hotspots, key topics and subject participation of the study of national language capacity of China from 2008 to 2018 by using the knowledge visualization analysis tool CiteSpace.The five key topics of the study of national language capacity of China are national discourse, language education, language planning,national language capacity and language ability.The study of national language capacity of China has a certain degree of interdisciplinarity, but the balance of subject participation and subject influence is not strong.So, the future research needs multidisciplinary participation to enhance the breadth,depth and sustainability of the study.
