Employment of College Graduates and Its Inspiration for Career Development Education

The paper analyzes the employment status of college graduates of 2010 in Beijing by the aspects which are closely relevant to career education development of college, including employment expectations, access to employment information, advantage and disadvantage factors in the employment, and so on.According to the results, the paper puts forward several suggestions about the career development education of college: to guide students in career planning, to change the traditional way of career guidance, the establishment of all course and systematic systems of career development education, to strengthen the information construction of employment and to guide graduates in own entrepreneurship.
