Abstract

Abstract

The Beidou belief is an important content of people's belief in Han Dynasty.There are mainly two representative concepts: one is that Beidou is the Emperor's vehicle, which governs the Heaven and represents the emperor;the other is that Beidou is a great immortal, who controls people's life just like Yama.In the past study, scholars seldom analyzed the second aspect about Beidou, which affects Taoism.
