Study on the Performance Appraisal of College Counselors Based on KPI Assessment

  • At present, there are still some problems in the assessment of college counselors in China, such as unclear guidance, too traditional assessment form and unscientific assessment index setting, which restrict the improvement of counselors' ability and the professional construction of the team. The advanced methods and experience in enterprise management, blend in the KPI evaluation of counselor team, build the system of “basic”, “performance measures”, “efficiency” and “evaluation” around the appraisal system, highlighting “ideological guidance and the construction of grass-roots organization”, “style of study construction”, “security” and “capacity building” four evaluation weights. It is of great significance to improve the working concept of the counselor team, to implement the job responsibilities carefully and to promote the growth and development of the counselor. It can effectively improve the performance ability of the counselor.
