Abstract

Abstract

Marked by the binary oppositions of reason and life, traditional rationality cut the significance relation between reason and human's life and causeds the modern crisis of reason. Husserl's critique and reconstruction of reason on the basis of his life-world theory replied the challenge to reason by postmodernism as well as overcame the split of reason and life in traditional rationality, which may be a solution to the modern crisis of reason.
