Abstract

Abstract

With the exposure of Yu Xianglin and Xu Jingxiang's misjudged case by the media, how to promote justice and prevent misjudged cases become one of the hot topics in the legal world.As there are some shortages in the current arrest procedure in China, it is necessary to make some reasonal judicialized reform, to further perfect the criminal proceedings.
