Based on the social capital theory, gender development theory, and the modern occupational social work model, this paper compared the gender differences in the staff relations between the ‘80
hou’, and discussed the application and development of occupational social work.Because of the differences in social capitals, position and networks of relationship, it should add gender empowerment skills to occupational social work model, to promote ‘80
hou’ employees of self-empowerment, and to improve staff relations and management efficiency.
