Abstract

The issues of decision-making in the "Cultural Revolution" refer to problems in the process of defining the "Cultural Revolution" and option of the scheme.Mao believed that the class contradiction in the political field was the principal social contradiction in our country, for one third of the country rested in the hand of enemy, capitalist roaders occurring in our party led by Liu Shao-chi, revisionists occurring too;the capitalism occurring in the economic field;the reactionary bourgeois ideology and its representatives in the cultural field, therefor, the socialism education alone cannot solve the "dark-side" problems.So he decided launching the "Cultural Revolution" and made a big mistake.The reasons for the wrongness of the "Cultural Revolution" are in the violation of the principles of truth of information, reality and practicability, and democracy in its decision-making.
