Abstract

Abstract

Since China’s access to the Internet, Chinese government had committed to the cyber governance. Because of the acceleration of the information revolution, the emergence of new formats, the emergence of new security, and the practical needs of the post epidemic era, those all make cyber governance more urgent than before. From the perspective of the development process, China’s cyber governance has experienced three stages: the first period is concentrate on cyber management, which focus on the law making and government organization construction; second stage is about cyber governance, which is aiming to involve the multi stakeholder to participate on governance; third period is governance with development, which emphasizes to combine with the actual development of the Internet, and solve problems in the development of Internet. Based on the study of three stages, the next step of cyber governance is to improve the cyber comprehensive management system.
