Abstract

Abstract

The publishment of The Station Professional Standard for Social Worker provides chance for the professionalization of social workers. There are two kinds of social worker professionalization in the proeess of social transformation:the capacity change of practical social workers and the specialized supportive professionalization of graduates major in social work. In this process, we should give the reasonable position to the social worker professionalization, then we could draw into the social work specialized institution. The government plays a very important role in the social work professionalization, and the professional and non-governmental organizations of social work take a great responsibility for its healthy development.
