Abstract

Abstract

Victim's fault refers to actor's encroachment on the victim because of the victim's intent or mistake, which has an influence on the judgement of the actor's criminal responsibility.Exploring the theory of victim's fault needs to make clear its definition first, especially in penology and criminology;second, it needs to analyze the influence of victim's fault on criminal responsibility basis.
