Research on the Full-Chain Practical Education Model of “Red Culture + Steel Spirit”

Red Culture and the Steel Spirit are highly aligned in their spiritual core and value pursuits, mutually reinforcing and integrating. Integrating both into the educational process has significant contemporary and educational value. This study, based on universities in the metallurgical industry, effectively promotes the integration of Red Culture and the Steel Spirit throughout the educational process through the practical strategy of “value internalization—scenario experience—mutual empowerment”. On this basis, a full-chain practical education model of “Red Culture + Steel Spirit” as the main line is constructed, integrating red resources and industry resources. Relying on the four major platforms of classrooms, campuses, society and the internet, to achieve the deep integration of value guidance and professional shaping, providing an innovative exploration for other industry-specific universities to carry out characteristic practical education.
