Exploring of Teaching Reforms on the Cross-integration of Basic Courses under the “Double First-Class” University Project

  • In order to adapt to the urgent needs of training innovative talent under double first-class university project, higher education begins to explore the teaching reforms featuring “broadening the caliber, consolidating the foundation, paying attention to the cross-integration of disciplines and strengthening the practices”, which at last serve for the development of the new economy characterized by new technologies, new industries, new forms of business and new models. In this paper, it is proposed that the teaching contents of basic courses should pay attention to the cross-integration development of theory and practice. Also, the specific ideas, methods, practices, measures and effects in the basic curriculum reform are analyzed, and the significances of the reforming measures are explored for cultivating high-quality talents, such as establishing teaching teams, innovating teaching contents, reforming teaching modes, optimizing assessment modes and strengthening ideological and political educations.
