Abstract

Abstract

The management rights transfer of rural farmland is a product of agricultural development in China. At present, On the basis of stablizing the household contract responsibility system, we should establish and improve the rural land transfer system which is good for the adjustment of agricultural production structure and meets the demand of market economy. More important, we should propel the rural social security system reform to guarantee farmers' rights.
