Abstract

Abstract

China's large number of committees and the committees on the legal status of the law without clear and detailed requirements in practice led to many legal issues. The author, under the current "three agricultural" policy background, study the committees from the legal status of the concept The article holds that conflicts exist letween the autonomous organizations and grass-roots power of the main conflict and administrative and non-administrative subject, which deserve attention.
