Abstract

Abstract

Institution is critical to emergency management.Based on literature review,this article introduces four categories of emergency management institutions,including emergency office,command headquarter,"Lianfang Liankong" and joint conference.Focused on public health emergency,the comparative study is applied to analyze the performance of different institutions in mobilization,decision making and coordination.Policy suggestions are followed.
