Abstract

Abstract

The article explores the function of the high and new tech enterprises in the high and new tech area and the modes of its realization.And it provides the ways for the enterprises in the high and new tech area to improve their collective capacity, including:working out the scientific development plan, optimizing the policy, founding the scientific working mechanism, constructing the scientific bases for studying and improving the service system of agents.
