Abstract

Abstract

This paper analyses the impact of asset building on farmers' welfare, and illustrates the shortcoming of gaining the welfare via land running, tax-transfer payment. It brings forward the solutions of gaining welfare via microfinance or developing personal account, which are helpful for eliminating the farmers' poverty and level up the welfare standard.
